I was walking in Hunters Point with my best friend. We are there in the middle of night, by the recylcling plant. We were lamenting about life, meditating. A large owl watched us from the trail - one of many natural encounters the two of us have had. They’ve restored the marshland near there, although Hunters Point is largely a Superfund site.
